Great news!!! We are now open, we’ve really missed all our customers and we can’t wait to welcome you all back. During lockdown we have been working hard and making some changes to make sure it’s a welcoming, safe environment for our customers and staff. We have signed up to the Safe to Trade scheme operated by Shield Safety, to independently verify we are COVID-19 compliant, here are the measures we have in place to give you the confidence to come back to our pub and let you know what to expect;
• We have clear signage in place, including floor markings, social distancing signage & directional signage. The entrance & exit will be separated to limit any crossover
• We have fitted extra hand sanitiser stations throughout the pub
• We will have a reduced capacity allowance inside & outside to adhere with social distancing of 1 metre
• Perspex screens will be fitted around the tills to protect employees.
• Cash option will be available but you are encouraged to use contactless where possible
• We will be operating with a smaller menu so the kitchen can by one team member, and all our food menus are single use and disposed of after every use
• Staff will be wiping all touch surfaces thoroughly and regularly
• The toilets will be inspected every 30 minutes & all touch surfaces will be sanitised. The toilet doors will be propped open to minimise contact points
NHS Test and Trace
To comply with the Government’s guidelines, you will be asked to provide your contact details each time you visit our pub. This will assist with the NHS Test and Trace scheme and help to contain the spread of COVID-19. We will only share your contact details with NHS Test and Trace if required. We will not share or use your details for any other purpose and your details will be securely deleted after 21 days.
